This project didn't start off too well, finding 2 manholes under 2 layers of patio, so build over permission for 1 and removal of another were granted and we were able to continue. 

Extension soon got water tight with an EDPM roof with large roof lantern and amazing anthracite aluminium bi-fold doors, which then brought the knock through where we kept the steel beams on show and painted them to match the colours of the doors, once all out it was all plastered and new kitchen fitted, we also managed to squeeze in a renovation of the garden with a composite decking, flush fitting with bi-folds to create a seamless entrance and exit, once the bi-folds are completely open it brings the outside in and makes the house feel twice the size, this one came out amazingly.
