This project was to an a small extension to the rear of the original garage, knocking through into the original kitchen from garage, then converting the garage all of this to create an open plan living area, kitchen, dining room and play area for the clients children, and also adding another storey above the garage to create an extra 2 bedrooms, 1 to be used as a study.
